Step 3: Don't repave tracks so often
Step 4: NO MORE DOUBLE DIPPING!!!! (Cup guys running lower series races)
Step 5: Don't make any rule changes during the season. Pick your rules and stick to em
Step 6: Ditch the Chase, and if you absolutely need to have it then the elimination format is good enough
Step 7: Ditch Chicagoland and Kentucky, plus Texas, Kansas and Pocono lose one date each . the Kansas race goes to Iowa and so does Pocono. Chicagoland goes to Rockingham. Kentucky's race goes to Darlington. Texas loses a race to North Wilkesboro.
Step 8: No more penalties for drivers making bad comments to/about the media
